Tuition, Materials & Course Access

Full payment of $315.99 is required at the time of enrollment for the Medical Terminology + Anatomy for Medical Billers & Coders course.

Tuition includes the purchase of required course materials, including the textbook and online course access. Because course materials and digital access are provided upon enrollment, tuition is non-refundable as outlined in this agreement.

Students will retain access to publisher-provided resources and content in accordance with the publisher’s terms of access. Access to publisher-provided materials is not time-limited by Heard Medical Solutions, LLC d/b/a Heard Medical Billing, Coding, and Education (HMBCEdu).

Instructor Support Period

Enrollment includes six (6) months of instructor support, beginning on the date course access is granted.

Instructor support during this period includes:

  • Access to the instructor once per week by appointment request, and

  • Access to additional instructor-provided learning resources related to medical terminology and anatomy.

Instructor support is intended to provide clarification and guidance. It does not include unlimited tutoring, guaranteed appointment availability, or completion of coursework on behalf of the student.

Instructor Support Reinstatement

Students who wish to continue receiving instructor support beyond the initial six (6) month support period may request reinstatement of instructor access.

Instructor support reinstatement is available in 30-day increments for a fee of $55.00 per month, subject to availability and approval.

Failure to reinstate instructor support does not affect the student’s access to publisher-provided course materials, but does limit access to instructor appointments and additional HMBCEdu support resources.

Payment Agreement

By signing this agreement, the student agrees to pay Heard Medical Solutions, LLC d/b/a HMBCEdu the total stated tuition and fees in full at the time of enrollment.

Payment of all amounts due is a condition of continued enrollment and access to instructor-provided support.

The student is responsible for completing the course and all associated financial obligations. Upon satisfactory completion of all educational, instructional, and financial requirements, HMBCEdu will issue a Certificate of Completion.
