CPC Exam Prep (6-Weeks & Instructor-led)

Service Description

This is a 6-week, instructor-led, certification exam prep to prepare students to sit for AAPC's CPC exam. Students are given access to practice material to review each week, 3 CPC mock exams, exam tips, and strategies. This is recommended for individuals who have completed a medical coding course within the last two years and can be used as a refresher before sitting for the CPC exam. Sessions do not replace a traditional medical coding course. Exam Prep Dates: Every Saturday starting March 1, 2025 (9:30 AM - 11:30 AM EST) or Every Wednesday starting March 12, 2025 (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST) (Sessions will be recorded for review at the end of each session) ** If you are in the Columbus, Ga area and would prefer in-person sessions, please send your request to info@hmbcedu.com for assistance. What's included: 6-week instructor-led CPC Exam Prep Course Study Guide w/ practice questions Required materials: Current year ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS manuals. You may also purchase coding manuals through Heard Medical Billing and Coding if needed. Computer Requirements: High-speed internet connection for Zoom meeting supported Operating System & Web browser, Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Acrobat Reader. For the best experience, the use of a mobile device is not recommended. And A quiet place that will allow you to hear the lecture for the first 30 minutes - 1 hour of training, to ask questions, and provide feedback during virtual class sessions.
